For the first Mapping brunch, it seemed essential to find a gem that could define a proper musical atmosphere. A musician able to shake our heads, make our feet tap, while leaving us lunch and take forces for the upcoming week.

Guillaume Peitrequin quickly established himself as an excellent choice. This Geneva activist, whether through its series of rhythm’n’soul podcasts, or events that he organizes with his accomplices in secret places, is driven by the desire to disseminate his findings. As time goes by, his sets went from a distinct house to a more oriented disco and funk selection with afrobeat tendencies, always marked by his instinct for what is best in the genre.
